Terms of Service

The service and its beta status

Bėga reads your training data from a connected wearable, combines your endurance and strength load into a single readiness signal, coaches you conversationally, and can send structured workouts back to your watch.

The service is in a private beta. It is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. Features, limits, and any future pricing are not final; the service may change, be unavailable, lose data, or be discontinued, and we may add or remove access to the beta at our discretion.

Who may use it

You must be at least 16 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. You need a compatible wearable (Garmin at launch) and you must connect it through Terra for the service to function.

Your account

Give accurate registration details, keep your credentials secure, and do not share your account. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you think it has been compromised.

Bėga is not medical advice

Bėga is a training tool. It is not a medical device, not a healthcare service, and not a substitute for advice from a doctor, physiotherapist, or qualified coach. Readiness scores, load figures, and workout suggestions are informational only.

Consult a physician before starting or significantly changing an exercise programme, particularly if you have a health condition. Do not train through pain, illness, or injury on the strength of anything Bėga tells you. You decide what training to do, and you do it at your own risk.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service. In particular, do not:

• use it on behalf of someone else without their authorisation, or upload another person's data as your own;
• probe, scan, or disrupt the service or its infrastructure, or circumvent rate limits and access controls;
• scrape the service, or access it through anything other than the interfaces we provide;
• reverse engineer the software except to the limited extent that mandatory law permits;
• upload unlawful content or use the service to break the law.

Third-party services

Bėga depends on services you have your own relationship with, including Terra, your wearable provider, the app stores, and the AI model provider. Their terms and privacy practices apply to their part of the flow, and we are not responsible for how they operate.

Your content and data

You keep ownership of your training data and the messages you send the coach. You grant us the licence needed to host and process that data to operate the service for you, as described in the Privacy Policy, and for no other purpose.

The coach's replies are generated by a large-language model. They can be wrong, incomplete, or poorly judged. Treat them as suggestions and apply your own judgement.

Our intellectual property

The Bėga app, the readiness model, the website, the name, and the lynx lockup are owned by MB Clearstack Labs or its licensors. These terms do not give you any rights in them beyond using the service as intended.

Availability

We do not promise any level of uptime during the beta. We may suspend the service for maintenance or for any other reason without notice.

Ending the agreement

You can stop using Bėga and delete your account at any time from within the app. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms, if required by law, or when the beta programme closes.

Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost or corrupted data, or any injury or loss arising from training decisions you make.

Where our liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the total amount you have paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim, which during a free beta is zero.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Lithuanian law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. If you use Bėga as a consumer, the mandatory consumer-protection rights of your country of residence are unaffected.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here and update the date above, and for material changes we will notify you by email. Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania, and disputes fall to the courts of Lithuania, without prejudice to any mandatory protections available to you as a consumer where you live.
